Replacement and return policy

 

Replacement of goods

 

In the event of defects of the goods, the Customer has the right to replace the goods for a similar one or to receive a refund. The seller shall pay all costs associated with the replacement of the defective goods.

 

Replacement process

 

The consumer must report the defects of the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and send the goods back in the same way as they were delivered. It is not possible to return the goods to the store or the seller's office.

 

Replacement costs

 

The cost of replacing the defective goods is covered by the seller. If the goods cannot be replaced due to the lack of goods in the seller's warehouse, the seller will refund the funds to the Customer within 14 calendar days.

 

 

Returns

 

The customer has the right to return the goods without specifying a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of the payment.

 

The customer can return the goods in any convenient way to the seller's warehouse address. It is not possible to return the goods to the seller's store, branch or office.

 

Return Policy

 

1. Undamaged packaging: Return of goods is possible provided that the original packaging with all labels and security seals is preserved.

2. The goods have not been used: the goods cannot be used or tested.

3. Receipt must be available: A refund is possible if you have a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

 

 

Exceptions to the right of refund

 

The Client cannot exercise the right to return goods in the following cases:

 

• if the goods are defective, of which the Consumer has been informed and has nevertheless consented to the purchase of such goods;

• if the goods were manufactured according to individual order;

• the goods are perishable or has a short expiration date;

• the goods are in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for hygienic reasons;

• other cases provided for by Polish law.

 

 

Additional information

 

• Return or replacement of goods is at the seller's expense in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

• The seller is not obliged to compensate the delivery cost in the event of returning the goods for other reasons.

Gift Certificates

 

Gift certificates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This is for several reasons.

 

• Financial document. A gift certificate is a document confirming the right to receive goods or services for a certain amount. Since after activating the certificate, the funds are immediately transferred to the seller, a refund is not possible.

• Limited expiration date. Many gift certificates have a limited expiration date, making them difficult to exchange or refund.

• Protection against abuse. The no-return policy avoids fraud and abuses and ensures the stability of businesses.

 

Before purchasing a gift certificate, carefully read the terms and conditions of the respective service.

 

Exchange or return procedure

 

1. Contact us: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the goods and provide the reason for the return.

2. Fill out the form: We will send you a return form. You need to fill it out and include with your package.

3. Send the goods: Send the goods to the address provided by the customer service team along with the return form and purchase confirmation.
