Bust
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, take a half-breath in, and record the measurement.
Waist
Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips while keeping your legs together. Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor.

Triangle (Pear)
Delicate, narrow shoulders and waist with well-defined hips.
Inverted Triangle (T-Silhouette)
Characterized by broad shoulders and relatively narrow hips (e.g., 95 cm and 90 cm, respectively).
Circle (Apple)
A straight silhouette without a defined waist. Most volume is concentrated in the upper body.
Rectangle
The bust and hips are similar in volume, with a weakly defined or absent waistline.
Hourglass
The X-shaped silhouette is defined by balanced proportions of the bust, waist, and hips. The waist is well-defined, and both the shoulders and hips stand out.
