Gift Certificate Usage Terms for Sister’s Aroma Online Store

1. Definitions:

1.1. Terms: These are the terms for using gift certificates for the Sister’s Aroma online store. The current version of the Terms is available at the following link: https://eu.sistersaroma.com/certificates-up/. Any action on the Website implies that the Customer unconditionally agrees with these Terms.

1.2. Regulations: These define the procedure for purchasing, exchanging, and returning goods. The current version of the Regulations can be found at the following link: https://eu.sistersaroma.com/oferta/. Any action on the Website implies that the Customer unconditionally agrees with the Regulations.

1.3. Seller: Sister’s Aroma SP. z.o.o., headquartered at 00-831 Poland, Warsaw, ul. Twarda nr. 44 str.; KRS: 0000990359; NIP: 5273017918; REGON: 523030588. The Seller is also the owner and administrator of the Website. For additional information, the Customer can contact the Seller at +48 833 131 973.

1.4. Customer: A consumer with whom an agreement may be concluded under Article 22(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Poland.

1.5. Goods: "Product(s)" - "Perfume and cosmetic products", "Accessories", "Sportswear", "Sports equipment", and "Candles" as referenced throughout the Terms.

1.6. Website: https://eu.sistersaroma.com/. The Seller sells Goods to Customer s through the Website, provides information about promotions, and publishes current documentation that regulates relations with Customers.

1.7. "Gift Certificates": Electronic or physical gift certificates with a monetary value, which can be exchanged for Goods available on the Website. More details on Gift Certificates: https://eu.sistersaroma.com/certificates-up/.

2. Gift Certificate Usage Terms:

2.1. Gift certificates can only be used once when purchasing one or more Goods for an amount not exceeding the nominal value of the Gift Certificate.

2.2. Gift Certificates can be received electronically or in paper form by contacting the following email: support.eu@sistersaroma.com or any other available method on the Website. The condition for transferring the Gift Certificate to the Customer is 100% prepayment. The cost of delivering a physical Gift Certificate is borne by the Customer. If the Gift Certificate is transferred electronically, it will be sent to the specified email or another method chosen by the Customer. From the moment the Gift Certificate is transferred to the Customer, the Seller is not responsible for its unauthorized use (e.g., by a third party).

2.3. The validity period of the Gift Certificate is 12 (twelve) calendar months from the date of 100% prepayment by the Customer. After this period, the Gift Certificate becomes invalid and cannot be exchanged or returned.

2.4. The Gift Certificate can be used when purchasing Goods on the Website.

2.5. Delivery of the Good will be free within the Republic of Poland if the Customer uses the Gift Certificate to purchase Goods worth at least 190 Polish zlotys. If the Good is delivered outside the Republic of Poland, payment will be made in euros, and the minimum amount the Customer must spend with the Gift Certificate to qualify for free delivery will be displayed when placing the order.

2.6. If the Good is paid for using a Gift Certificate, the Customer cannot participate in prize draw promotions unless otherwise stated in the rules of the promotion. However, the Gift Certificate can be used to purchase promotional Goods on the Website.

2.7. Gift Certificates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for Polish zlotys or any other currency.

3. Final Provisions:

3.1. Anything not covered by these Terms is regulated by the Regulations. If any provision of the Regulations contradicts these Terms concerning Gift Certificates, the Terms will prevail.

3.2. All definitions mentioned in these Terms but not explained in Section 1 should be interpreted in accordance with the Regulations.

3.2. The Customer understands that the amount paid for the Gift Certificate is considered an advance payment under the Polish Tax Code. In exchange, the Customer will receive a Gift Certificate, the nominal value of which can be used in accordance with these Terms. However, the advance payment is non-refundable, and the Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged or returned for real (fiat) money, regardless of whether it was used by the Customer.
